Delivery methods

Ordered products are delivered by courier service or by another delivery method displayed at checkout to the Hungarian address provided by the Customer.

Delivery fee and delivery time

The delivery fee and expected delivery time are shown during order placement at checkout. Parcels are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after successful payment and stock check.

Receipt and damaged parcels

Please check the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, have the courier record the issue and notify us without delay at info@finnaresearch.hu.

Withdrawal and returns

Detailed withdrawal rules are included in the Terms and Conditions. Returns of opened food supplements may be limited for hygiene reasons.
