Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made in the webshop operated by Finna Research & Medical Kft. The products displayed in the webshop are primarily food supplements, especially functional collagen drink powders.

By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions form part of the contract concluded between the Customer and the Service Provider.

2. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed when the Customer finalises the order in the webshop and the Service Provider confirms it. The Service Provider may refuse an order in the event of incorrect data, lack of stock, technical errors or suspicious transactions.

Before submitting the order, the Customer must check the product details, quantity, price, delivery information and billing information.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown in the webshop are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include applicable taxes where relevant. The Service Provider may change prices without prior notice; confirmed orders are not affected by such changes.

Accepted payment methods are the online and other payment options displayed at checkout. Payment is required for order processing.

4. Delivery and fulfilment

The Service Provider delivers the ordered products to the delivery address provided by the Customer. Delivery times and fees are shown in the webshop and on the Shipping Terms page.

Risk passes to the Customer upon receipt of the product. If the parcel is damaged, the Customer should have the courier record the damage and notify the Service Provider without delay.

5. Right of withdrawal

If the Customer qualifies as a consumer, the Customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Detailed conditions are set out by applicable law and the withdrawal information available in the webshop.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for opened or used food supplements if, due to their nature, they cannot be returned hygienically.

6. Warranty, guarantee and complaints

The Customer is entitled to warranty and guarantee rights under applicable law. Complaints may be submitted via the Service Provider’s contact details. The Service Provider examines complaints and replies in writing within 30 days.

7. Liability

Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Product descriptions are for information only. The Customer must follow the information on the product label and packaging and seek medical advice when necessary.

The Service Provider is not liable for temporary webshop unavailability, force majeure events, or damage resulting from incorrect data provided by the Customer.

8. Copyright

The content of the webshop, including texts, images, graphic elements and logos, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider or its partners. Copying or distribution requires prior written permission.

9. Data processing

Personal data is processed according to the separate Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law. In consumer disputes, the Customer may contact a conciliation body or the competent court. Online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Final provisions

The Service Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments take effect when published in the webshop. Effective version: the version published in the webshop.
